To protect your legal rights and clarify the return and exchange process, we have established this policy. Please read it carefully.
1. Return and Exchange Application Deadline
All products purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted (except in cases of quality issues, where an extended return period may be negotiated with proof of testing).
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange
- The product must remain in brand-new, unused condition, with the original packaging intact and undamaged, including all accessories, tags, and manuals. There should be no scratches, stains, or damage that would affect resale.
- The order status must be updated to "Delivered" before you can submit a return or exchange request. The order status will automatically update within 24 hours after you have received the product.
- Returns and exchanges can only be processed for orders with the status "Shipped." For orders that have not been shipped, please contact customer service directly to cancel the order, and you do not need to go through the return/exchange process.
3. Shipping Costs
- If the return or exchange is due to our fault (e.g., product quality issues, wrong items, missing accessories, etc.), Dimlov Department Store will bear the full cost of the return shipping. You can apply for a refund of the shipping cost by submitting the valid courier receipt to customer service.
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size, wrong order, etc.), the shipping costs for both return and exchange will be borne by you. The shipping cost will be based on the actual charges by the courier company.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days. After the inspection is approved, a refund will be issued to your payment account within 15 business days. The exact processing time depends on the bank or payment platform’s processing cycle.
5. Special Notes
- Certain products, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used (e.g., nail stickers, tarot cards, and other personal/custom cultural products). Please be cautious when unboxing these products after receipt.
- During the return/exchange process, we recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining the tracking number to monitor the logistics status and avoid loss of the product.
